Don’t miss out on important UW information! Oftentimes, faculty and staff will only respond to emails that come from your “@uw.edu” address.

Email Forwarding Options

Can I Forward my Email to my Personal Account?

Please do not forward your UW email to a personal email account.
When you activate your UW Exchange Online or UW G Suite account, you’ll have the option to manage your email forwarding. Faculty and staff are instructed to respond only to “@uw.edu” addresses. If you forward your UW email to a personal account, you’ll still receive messages—but replies will come from your personal email address, not your UW address. You can update your UW email forwarding settings at any time.

Where do I Check my UW Email?

Once you activate your UW Email, you can access it through 真人线上娱乐 or go directly to mail.google.com or outlook.office365.com and enter your “NetID@uw.edu” email address.
