Cardio Kickboxing & Kickboxing Beginner Fundamentals is cancelled from April 29-May 13

Due to unforeseen circumstances, Cardio Kickboxing and Kickboxing: Beginner Fundamentals is cancelled at this time with the dates below. It will resume starting on Thursday, May 15. Questions? Email arcfitness@uw.edu

SpringFest Group Fitness Classes

Our Group Fitness classes during SpringFest 2025 are here!

Outdoor Pilates & Yoga Fusion:

Join Group Fitness for a sunny outdoor Yoga & Pilates Fusion class that will leave you energized and rejuvenated. This class combines yoga poses with Pilates strengthening exercises for a full body workout. Yoga Mats and other equipment will be provided.

  • Date: Friday, May 16
  • Time: 3:15-4:00PM
  • Location: ARC Sports Field
  • Flower crowns & wristbands will be handed out to all participants while supplies last!

Total Body Spring Circuit

This Group Fitness class involves rotating through a circuit of multiple exercises to target the full body. All equipment is provided and our instructors will include modifications for all levels.

  • Time: 12:15-1:00PM
  • Location: ARC Fitness Center Studio

Open to both UW Bothell & Cascadia College currently enrolled students and faculty/staff who have current memberships at ARC Fitness Center.

Want to collaborate with Group Fitness?

We are open for collaborations with student organizations and clubs! With the expertise of our Group Fitness Instructors, you have the chance to host a fun fitness event for your community.

Areas of fitness include Yoga, Mindfulness, Indoor Cycling, Strength, and Pilates. Our Fitness team is happy to work with specific needs or accommodations, just let us know!

Contact us today! Please email us 30 days in advance of when you would like to host the event to give the ARC Fitness team enough time to plan and prepare for the event. Collaboration opportunities will be scheduled for Summer Quarter 2025 and beyond.
